SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Public Offer Agreement constitutes an official proposal (public offer) of “Light Educationt” LLP, BIN 220840051731.
This Agreement, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Civil Code), is a public offer addressed to an indefinite number of persons.
A recipient of the offer, by accepting paid educational services through the actions described in this Agreement, is deemed to have accepted all terms fully and unconditionally.
DEFINITIONSPublic Offer / Agreement:
According to Article 395 of the Civil Code of the RK, an offer containing all essential terms of the Agreement and expressing the will of the offeror to conclude the Agreement with anyone who accepts it.
1.2. CONTRACTOR:
“Light Educationt” LLP, BIN 220840051731.
1.3. CUSTOMER:
Any legally capable individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor willing to enter into legal relations with the CONTRACTOR by accepting this Agreement.
1.4. STUDENT:
The beneficiary who receives the educational services.
1.5. ACCEPTANCE:
Any action performed by the CUSTOMER that indicates acceptance of the offer (providing data, pressing confirmation buttons, payment, etc.), and constitutes full acceptance of all terms and payment obligations.
1.6. PERSONAL DATA:
Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, recorded on electronic, paper or other media.
1.7. WEBSITE:
The CONTRACTOR’S website themusclework.com and all its subpages.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT2.1. This Agreement is a public offer addressed to any capable person.
2.2. The CONTRACTOR provides educational services according to the program selected by the CUSTOMER; the CUSTOMER pays for them; the STUDENT receives the services.
2.3. The current version of the Agreement is published on the WEBSITE. The CUSTOMER confirms that they have read the Agreement and may refuse to accept it if they disagree with any clause.
2.4. The list of programs is posted on the WEBSITE or clarified with the CONTRACTOR’S staff.
2.5. Services are provided to the STUDENT(S) specified by the CUSTOMER.
PROCEDURE OF ACCEPTANCE3.1. Acceptance occurs when the CUSTOMER performs any of the following actions:
3.1.1. Selecting a program, providing PERSONAL DATA, and clicking “CONFIRM ORDER”;
3.1.2. Sending written acceptance of the Agreement.
3.2. Payment in any form constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.
SERVICE PROVISION TERMS4.1. Services may be provided:
4.1.1. In person at a location chosen by the CONTRACTOR;
4.1.2. Online, via Internet or messengers.
4.2. If the STUDENT fails to appear at the scheduled time, the service is deemed unrendered due to the CUSTOMER’S fault, and payment is non-refundable.
4.3. Upon full completion of services, a certificate may be issued if the selected program provides it.
4.4. All teaching materials and methods are the intellectual property of the CONTRACTOR.
COST AND PAYMENT5.1. Service cost is published on the WEBSITE.
5.2. Payment is 100% upfront.
5.3. Payment is made by bank transfer or online acquiring.
5.4. The CONTRACTOR may unilaterally change service prices. New tariffs apply from the moment of publication and do not apply to already paid services.
REFUND POLICY6.1. If the CUSTOMER terminates the Agreement 5 business days before service start — full refund.
6.2. If less than 5 business days — no refund.
6.3. Proper notification includes:
– e-mail request,
– Whatsapp message to the employee who communicated with the CUSTOMER.
6.4. If the service date is postponed by no more than 2 days, CUSTOMER may refuse and request a refund.
6.5. If the CONTRACTOR cancels service — full refund.
TERM OF AGREEMENT7.1. Effective from the moment of acceptance until completion of the training program.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING8.1. The CUSTOMER provides personal data and consents to its processing.
8.2. Personal data may be transferred to courts, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies upon request.
8.3. The CONTRACTOR ensures confidentiality and later destruction of data according to the law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If unresolved, they are considered in court under Kazakhstan law at the CONTRACTOR’S location.
